I am Baby boomer. Which means I was born between 1946 and 1964. I believe this age group is resourceful, goal-centric and disciplined. All the qualities one needs to improve with age.
What I have learned over the years has been an accumulation of trying different styles of eating and exercising. I’ve been overweight on and off over the years starting at 17 and know how it can impact one’s confidence.
35 years ago after numerous injuries I found yoga and mindfulness. It has been my saving grace and truly don’t believe I would be quite the same person without it in my life.
I utilise an eclectic mix of styles and movements all culminating not only in better body conditioning, but in elevating the mind and the spirit.
