All aspects of your workout can be structured according to the needs of your individual body. I encourage people to start where they are, use what they have, and do what you can.
I work primarily with the 55+ age group because this is when the biggest changes in our health and structure occur. We live in a chair and car culture and the saying “use it or loose it” has never been more apt, as modern science has now confirmed the benefits and healing power of movement. Much of the disability associated with age actually comes from dis-use.
